With iModela’s potential already well-tested for technology education, the Education Show was a chance to expose a much wider section of the education community to the opportunities presented by affordable, reliable CAD/CAM technology. As with the Gadget Show, iModela was very well received.

Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Manufacture is the way things are made these days. Without this technology we wouldn't have the range and quality of products available at an affordable price. Design and Technology education has to reflect modern practice so it is crucial that students have the opportunity to use real CAD/CAM tools in their designing and making.
